The options do not match what is currently shown in the integration.
Can you update this help?
The Create and update option are now combined in the dropdown and I am not able to make the update work.

Hi there,
Can you please elaborate more on your query? Are you referring to the mapping of the form fields to the data fields in your SalesForce?
May we know which option are you referring to? you may show us a screenshot for us to better visualize the issue.

Also, have you tried reintegrating SalesForce to see if that'll help in fixing the said issue?
