Approval Flow QuestionAsked on May 31, 2021 at 9:59 AM
Does The Approval Flow requires an Approver to CREATE a JotForm account?
Because I UNCHECKED the box "Require Approver to LOGGIN" to approve a request.
However, it prompts me (as the approver) to CREATE a Jotform Account before I can approve or deny anything - where you say LOGGIN is NOT required..
Can you clarify?

Can you please share the URL of the form where you have this setup?
I checked all of your forms and 4 out of your 7 forms have Approval Flow however, all approvals are set to require login.
A common mistake that we noticed is, the user set up the Approval Flow with multiple approvers (eg: Form Owner, Approver B, Approver C), then the user simulates the approval flow using the same browser where user logged in to JotForm using the Form Owner's account.
This results in unwanted behavior as in order to approve as Approver B, then the logged in account should be for Approver B. This goes the same with all other approvers.
Also, if the approval flow is set to not require log in, then if you want to simulate approval for an approver that do not have a JotForm account, then there should be no account logged in on JotForm.
To overcome this common mistake when simulating approval flow with multiple approvers, we suggest using different browsers per approver and make sure to login to the correct approver's JotForm account on that browser.
For approvers that do not have a JotForm account, try using incognito window.
Nevertheless, here's how it looks when approving without a JotForm account.
