    Hi,

I have cleared your form cache. Kindly try clearing your browser cache, and try adding a new recipient address. When you are saving the email settings, remember to click on the green "Save" button below the settings.

Let us know if the issue would persist.

This has not helped the issue. Now we have a new issue, when we fill out a form, it tells us that "Form over Quota"

The account is under a previous employee. We would like to reset the password so we can access it without doing a "form share"

If someone could please give me call. I feel like our issue is a little bigger than a back and forth email. easier to speak with someone. We use JotForm for our daily operations.

    Thank you,

    Brian Vogel

    Hi Brian,

Thank you for getting back, and sorry to hear that it did not help with the issue.
Could you give us the form ID, or a link to the form, so that we could take a look at the settings?
This might be something that we need to forward to our back-end team.

Are you currently able to log in to the account of the previous employee?
If so, you can change the password by following the guide below:
    How-to-reset-jotform-account-password

If you are not able to log in to the account currently, let us know. In this case, we would need some proof for the ownership of the account, such as a screenshot of an invoice if the account was a paid account. If it is possible for you to ask the former employee to reset the password for you, that might be the easiest way.

Currently, we do not unfortunately offer phone support, but we are happy to help you here on the forum, even though we understand that the back-and-forth emails might feel frustrating.
