Thank You Page: How to get the new form page when the user press back button on Thank You page?

    Hello,

Is there a way to reset the page when the user submits the page and is taken to thank you page and in the thank you page, the user swipes back to go to previous page, it should take him to a new form page and not to the previous page where he has all the data entered already?

For example: when the user fills the data and presses submit, he goes to thank you page. Now on thank you page, when he swipes back (presses the back button), he should come to the main page, which is "new" and not hold the "old" entered data. So he should indirectly start freshly.

    Thanks

    Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment. But I have a workaround that could work for you. You can use our "Unique Question" feature that will restrict the user to submit the form again with the same information. They will get the following warning if they try to submit it again, and they will have to refresh the page to make a new submission. You can customize the warning message to redirect the user to the form again.

Complete Guide: How to set Form Limits Based on a Unique Question

    Hi,

Thanks, I tried doing this and I have assigned the unique question to the "Please enter your name" field. So, when the user who fills and submits the form and then tries to go back and again submit the form, he gets show the message. Which is correct. But when the user refreshes the form and renters his name and submits, he again gets shown the same warning. Is there a way to not show him the message when he refreshes the URL and starts from the beginning?

    Thanks!

If you have not tried it yet, kindly check if disabling this option on the builder page Form Settings will meet your requirements.
