Product list: show no financial information

    Hi Jot forms, we am struggling on creating a new form as well as having problems on an existing

    We have created a new form that working quite well except for 2 issues. The form is question is Clone of LIBERTY PRE-INSPECTION SURVEY, link below

    Firstly in the product widget/form, is there a way that you can show no financial information, so no total and no sub total, basically hide the financials completely?

    Secondly, again in the product widget/form, we have included a product number in the short description but when you create the form, the short description is not shown but we needed it too. Is this a way, this is possible.

    Additionally, we are trying to create a material picker form but cant find a suitable template or the right widget to use. Basically, as a part of our form, we want our staff to collect information on what materials they need for their job so we can order them. The need to provide the description of the part (from a drop down) and the quantity they require. The description needs to show the part number and product description in two separate lines. I have included a sample of what we need to create in the screen shot attached. Have you any suggestions? we have tried, spinners, product lists but can't seem to find what we need so can you help?


    Really hopeful that you guys can help but great product by the way and we will probably be fully subscribing but we need to make sure the software can help us with the above

    I checked your form and it appears that you did not connect your form to any payment method yet and your products are set to free. Are you planning to just use the product list and not require payment?

    As for your other concerns, I have moved them to different tickets so that they can be addressed properly.

    Hi Cecile, on the financial point, we do not intend to link any payment to the list. Basically, we want the user to pick the products and the form to show no sub total and totals. This is transferred to the pdf so this too shows no financial information at all. Is this possible?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for clarifying your requirements.

    If you don't want to show the subtotal or total price of the product then I would suggest using a single choice or multiple choice field. You can write the price of the product in front of the product name in brackets.

    You can also use our checklist widget for this purpose.
