Unable to login or reset PW

    Hi,


    Our password for jotform no longer works and we are unable to send ourselves a PW reset link. Is there something we are missing as to why this is happening?

    Hello Daniel,

    Our apologies for the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

    After checking our records, I was able to find an account associated with the email address that you have provided for us. It seems this email belongs to the account OrcaVue.

    However, please note that if you are trying to reset the password of an active account, you will need to use the exact email address that is saved under the account to receive the password reset email. If the incorrect email is used, no password reset email will be sent at all.
