    Our customers are having issues with completing their orders via desktop. The mobile order form works fine but on the desktop, when they select items the form doesn't capture the order and the form is submitted incomplete without any product.

    This is increasingly frustrating for our potential customers. Please advise how to resolve this issue.

    Hi there,

    I checked your form and it looks like there is a color, quantity, and size option available for all products. The product price isn't calculated until the user selects the quantity.


    I would suggest adding a note above the product list to select the product options. You can use the paragraph element field to add the note.
