Modifying the way all pdfs look after form submission

How do you modify the way the form looks when sent as a PDF through email. I am wanting to change how all of the submissions look for all forms when they come in as PDF is this possible if so how would you do this?

If you want to edit and customize the design and layout of the PDF that is generated after each submission, you can actually do so by creating a custom PDF report for your forms. This can be done by accessing the PDF Editor page of the form you are working on and creating a new report.

There you will be able to add fields from your form and align them in the order that you want. You can also use the layout settings to edit the style of the PDF.
