    Greetings Mark,

No, you are not. With a little work around you can select any number of days to send the email later. Kindly check the guide below for instructions.

Should you have any other questions then please let us know.

    Thanks

Thanks for this information - but I am not seeing how to make this work on my form quite yet (as it isn't a reservations form)

My client would like emails to go out immediately after the membership form is submitted, Day 3, Day 6, Day 10, Day 14, Day 18, Day 22, Day 28, Day 30.

I can use the e-mail autoresponder set up as it is to set up the ones in bold - but the other one I'm not sure with this form and although I (think) I see how most of it works, I can't understand how I add the hidden field and what hidden field I would need to use for my specific form.

Sorry if I have missed something obvious.

    Mark

    Greetings Marked,

For Each DAY you'll need a separate AutoResponder. I've created a clone of your form and I've added 6 date fields to it. Only one date field is set up to show the current date.

    1624536075 60d4740bd40f0 Screenshot 10

Then I've added 5 date fields and then used conditions to add dates in them as per your requirement.

    1624536138 60d4744a33017 Screenshot 21

You'll need to create this condition for each field.

Here are the 5 conditions for each date field.

Now you can use these data fields in the autoresponder emails. You'll need a separate autoresponder for each date.

You can check the cloned form on the link below.

You can clone it using the instructions in the guide below.

Thanks so much for this Rehan (apologies for being a bit dim)

Can I just check that I can use the other days from the email settings (that is - right away, day 3, day 14 and day 30) as they are already set up without needing to do the above method?

An then use the method above for day6, 10, 18, 22 and 28?

    Many Thanks in advance

    sorry, can I also confirm:

1 - that the field 'current date' changes depending on the date the customer fills in the form (so if they fill out the form on July 3rd, the emails will flow straight away, 1 day, 3 days, 6 days, 10 days etc from the 3rd July?

2 - that I need to 'hide' these current day, day 6, day 10 etc fields on the form so they can't be seen, but do their job behind the scenes?

    Thanks again

    Greetings.

You can update my colleague's solution for any number of days you need. Just update the conditional logic, and you should be all set.

    1. Yes, 'current date' does change depending on the date the customer fills in the form. If you need to add days to it, you will need to follow the inscriptions provided by my colleague.
    2. Feel free to hide the field if you don't wish to show it to your users. Everything will work even if the fields are not visible.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks Bojan,

To hide the field do I do this using the properties, advanced and toggle on 'hide'?

Also I missed out a day - there also needs to be an email sent out 26 days after the form is completed.

    I have used Rehan's cloned form https://form.jotform.com/211743552121344

I think I have added this by duplicating one of the date pickers - but it seems to have made the email on day 28 say '2836' in the 'Send Emails Later' section of advanced settings

Not sure how I fix this - have tried but can't find the solution!

    Thanks

I think I have added this by duplicating one of the date pickers - but it seems to have made the email on day 28 say '2836' in the 'Send Emails Later' section of advanced settings — You can the name in the "Unique Name" section.

    Great - thanks Jed.

Does it matter if it still says #month_36, #day36... etc in the field ID top?

    Greetings,

This does not make any difference. It will not affect the functionality of your form. Should you have any other questions then please let us know.
