Approval Status issues

    I had requested to move the MoECST - Green Light Standard Safety Checklist for Return to School from another account to this account. It was successfully moved but the approval status column is not visible. Also seems like I need to recreate the approval workflow, however it is giving me an error message when I attempt to do so. Kindly find below an image of the error. Would like your assistance on how to proceed

    Hi, thank you for contacting support.

    I have checked your Approval flow, and it loads correctly on my end.

    Could you please try clearing your browser cache or try it on a different browser?

    If the issue persists, could you please delete the old approval and create a new one?

    It is strange because when I go to that setting to see approval flow it seems like none exist

    Then , when I click on create approval flow it gives me the error on the above image.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your follow-up! Although I was able to reproduce this issue in your account, I tried to verify it in my own account by both cloning a form with an approval flow already created, and moving a form into my account from our back-end transfer tool, and was unable to reproduce this issue.

    Can you please try cloning this form by clicking "Create Form" > "Import Form" > "Clone your existing form," and let us know whether this issue persists?

    Hi, ok if I clone it then it works! I can create the approval flow. However, the submissions are not transferred. Is this something you can assist me with ?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your follow-up! As a work-around, I would suggest Downloading your existing submissions, and then re-importing them to your cloned form.

    Please let us know if you encounter any issues while importing these submissions.
