How can I add a form that simply attaches a new payment method to a Stripe customer?

Hi! I see that you have forms for buying products and subscriptions, but I don't see any forms that simply add a card to a given Stripe customer without charging anything (now or in the future). Something like this: https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_methods/attach. How can I create such a form?
