Incorrect emal

Good morning when I originally tried to set up jot form I used the email address pikasdad@gmail.com. I didn't think it had taken and subsequently set it up with asgreen4@shaw.ca. When I try to log into Jotfom now to correct the previous days report it is trying to get me to yse the pikasdad@gmail.com email. Can it be corrected to the asgreen4@shaw.ca email.

After looking into this, I found the following: There is not currently any JotForm Account associated with email address pikasdad@gmail.com, so you will not be able to log in using that address. When I searched for asgreen4@shaw.ca, I was able to find a User Account, but it does not appear that any forms have been created under this account.

Can you please provide us with the URL of one of the forms that you are looking to access, so that we can assist you further in locating the corresponding JotForm Account?
