Hi There,
Above is the link to my summer camp registration form.
I run summer camps and I have parent fill out the registration form in which they select the camps they want to register their child. Recently, I have started getting request from parents that they have not received the receipt of the registration of the camps. Is there a way we can send the parents the registration confirmation? I believe they are worried about the payment. They want to make sure registration and payment went through.
Please guide me how can I send parent the receipt of the registration form.
Regards
Preeti

Hi Preeti,
I have been seeing that you have already created an autoresponder that automatically sends an email when someone fills your form. Customizing this feature, you can send an invoice/receipt of the registration in the attachment. Let me show you the steps.
Step1: You have already set up the Payment field so then Click on Payment Settings.
Step2: Click the Invoice tab.
Step3: Toggle Enable Invoice to Yes.
Step4: You can enter your business details in the following boxes. This information will appear on your invoices. To see how the invoice looks like you can click Preview The Invoice.
As you can see my example looks like the following. You can customize the invoice, similar to the way you can customize PDF copies of form submissions. You can also apply a different PDF template.
Step5: Now let’s add this attachment to our autoresponder email. Scroll a little bit below and see Attach To Emails Section and enable this then click Autoresponder 1 to add pdf to autoresponder email.
In addition to that, you can add this pdf In the Emails tab, you can alter your selections like the following.
That’s all. For detailed instructions, you can look over this.
If you require any further information, please don't hesitate to reach us!
Thanks for using JotForm.

Howdy Preeti,
I apologize for any inconvenience. It appears there was small glitch in the system. I have cleared your form cache and I see that your form is acting as expected and you should now be able to preview your Invoice.
Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with!

Hi There,
Thankyou so much for your help! Everything works fine but one thing.
I did a test run and noticed a issue -
it displays myproduct:Total in the email PDF , I am not sure how to remove or substitute will values.
I had notice earlier during the preview also when I was making changes as mentioned in this thread. I ignores it but did test run yesterday I still see it.
attached is the screenshot of it.

The field unique name of the payment field is as shown:
So on the invoice, the total should be shown as {selectCamps65:total}.
You can edit this from the PDF Editor page. Please try and if you face any difficulties, we will try updating that on your PDF Editor page.

Hi Gerardw,
Thanks for the response.
I am worried of changing the Unique name field as the name says Unique. I hope this will not mess up my form. Can I change it to "Camps total" Instead for "selectCamps65"?

Hello polygonacad,
You may update the Unique Name of your fields, however if you have another field with the same Unique Name it may cause the form to misbehave. Though, I do not see another field with the Unique Name of "camps", this should not cause an issue.
Additionally, please understand that the :total in {myProducts:total} is not part of the Unique Name. If you change the Unique Name to camps, use {camps:total} to display only the Total part of the payment information.
