Reached storage limit

    Hello-- I received a message that we had reached our submission limit. I went back and deleted lots of old forms, but am still seeing this message when I log in. Is this accurate, or do I need to delete more?

    We did not downgrade our account. We had some issues where my account was hacked and we had to have those bad forms deleted, but we didn’t downgrade. Can you please restore back to what it was? We use this account for medical office staff training and cannot have the forms be frozen.

    The payment for the annual renewal has not been processed, once the payment is made, you can definitely go back o the plan you used to be before.
