We have created quickform using 3 different jotform but showing result stopped

    We have created Online pre-test and our final test will be conducted on next sunday.


    The Exam was logging everyone

    and based on their ID and Language redirecting to three different forms


    The first form mostly worked

    But second form

    Almost didnt show Results to any participants.


    to fix the issue I tried to login in quizform but quizform never let me in the system. Open quizform button showed blinking page as per attached screenshot. So none of our 350 participants got their results

    We're very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. I've tried reproducing the issue but was unable to do so. The Pre-test 2N form loaded on https://quizform.jotform.io/

    Please clear your browser's cache and see if that helps.

    Now everything is back. But all users were not able to get their result as it was hung when 100s of them where writing the quiz. Is there any solution to send them their result using email now.


    Otherwise I have to export their result as csv and send an email to individual which is hell lot of work

    Hi,

    Apologies, but it is not possible to send the emails now.

    The only option would be to open the edit link for each form and submit them again.

    can jotform quizform work in australian time zone ? out exam got stuck at 10 AM Australia time and people with open form got their result processing at 6 PM Australian time. It seems like jotform servers were at sleep due to cloud hosting .


    What is the best way to make sure our quizform doesnt get stuck during sunday Morning australia time ?

    Hi,

    I believe the Jotform quiz form does work regardless of the timezone but there were server issues that caused the delay to happen.

    Our team is constantly working to prevent these issues from happening and hopefully, you will not face any similar issues in the future.

    Final exam is done. All Good in terms of user experience. However out of 4 Exam paper 1 still doesnt open in Quizform. so I am not able to download the result. When I select below form in Quizform.jotform.io

    I'm sorry, but you did not set up the Quiz for the following form https://www.jotform.com/form/212032463899864. I checked it, and it's empty there.

    The form is also disabled. You need to enable the form, so you can select it through the Quiz app.

    THE SYSTEM IS VERY FLAKY.. This happened during the Pre-test as well.
    I have screenshot of selected answers on jotform when we programmed it the night before.

    I can attach the file with screenshot of actual answers. can we process the exam now against all stored users answer. we are talking about 100 questions for 227 users.

    There is some witch craft. I selected all the answers again manually and saving the result showed all the result applied to existing data..


    Few minutes later launched quizform.jotform.io again and now I was able to download exported data.. So please ignore this request.
