One of the autoresponder emails I set, doesn't get sent as per the condition I set

    Hi, I´m trying to create some autoresponders in a form so that the person filling it out receives an email with different information depending on the answer he chooses in a question.
    I've already configured the autoresponders and the conditions that must be met for each one, the problem is that when I test the form I only recieve the notification email that I sholud receive as the form owner but it doesn´t send me the corresponding autoresponder to the email specified in the form.
    What am I doing wrong?? or this can only be done with notifications?? Need help please...

    Thanks for reaching out to us.


    Upon testing, it seemed that the autoresponder emails were working regularly, except for the first one, Auto-respuesta 1. I've created a new autoresponder, Autoresponder 1, and set the condition on it.

    Upon testing, it seems all of the autoresponder email are working properly now.

    You can test, and if everything seems to work fine, you can remove the faulty autoresponder
    Auto-respuesta 1, keeping mine instead.
