How to make sure that all fields are filled out

Hi we have created the above form.

There is 4 sections

1. 1st Applicant
2. 2nd Applicant
3. Reservation Details
4. Sign and Submit

Two things we need help with

1. How do we make sure when someone has completed the 'Personal Details' they dont miss completing the 'Reservation Details' before they sign and submit?
2. Once someone has signed and submitted the form, how do we make sure that we can print out the entire form including the terms and conditions?

You can set the fields as "Required." This way, users need to fill out the fields before submitting the form.

2. Once someone has signed and submitted the form, how do we make sure that we can print out the entire form including the terms and conditions?

You can create a PDF template for the submissions to make are that all fields can be reflected on the PDF. You can then download and print the PDF.
