Conditional number of multiple choice options

Hi I need to have a multiple choice field that allow me to have different numbers of options depending from another answer in an another field
EG :
Field 1 = MODULE 4-4-2
if Field 1= 4-4-2 than N° options= 4
it's possible?
Or
it's possible to introduce an error message if I've a multiple choice field?

Please note that it is not possible to change the number of options in a field, however, you can create multiple Multiple Choice fields then conditionally/show hide the appropriate field based on an answer from a previous question.
