How to make form available only on certain date and time?

This is My Clients message:

I have already created a form, but I am having difficulty in getting it to do what I want.

I am a Personal Trainer and trying to find clients to fill some particular time spots.

I have a question where responders are to select the days they are available to train. Then I want the form to only open the available times for those particular days. But at the moment it opens for all days.

I don't think the client wants this. I have added my form link, Please check in 5 days of a week every day there are some time slots to select for training and the client needs to make it unavailable form for other days and times.

You might consider using appointment field. You can set which date the time slot will not be available by setting that particular date as Vacation and Holidays.
