I need help with a from I created - getting a 'You have a draft for this form.' message

I created a form and for some reasons when I send myself the link to see how it looks, I keep getting the message:

You have a draft for this form.

Discard and Start over

Continue with Draft

The draft message comes from a 'Continue Forms Later' feature that allows saving partially filled forms and continuing later. If you do not need that functionality, you can disable the 'Continue Forms Later' feature via the Form Settings.
