I have reached the maximum amout of attempts with my password.

    I dont remember my password. I typically sign in from my computer which has it saved already. Could you unlock in and send a link for me to reset it?

    Hello,

    That message shows when there are many failed login attempts, but you should be able to try again after 30 minutes, after which, you can then reset your password by following this guide-https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password/
