Having trouble with summits the forms

    Hi Team,


    We have trouble summiting the forms as administration parts. It turns out I have to check with the box and collect the pictures to prove that I am human. Please take that part of the function off. I need to check nearly 100 people filling out the form each day, Really don't have the time to do that.

    How do I skip past hCaptcha as I reviewed each form? Is there anything you can help with, please!

    Hello Jenn,

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    The Captcha appears if it detects that there's an unusual number of submissions coming from the same IP. Unfortunately, you cannot skip it. But as mentioned by my colleague, this matter has been forwarded already to the appropriate team for review.

    Once we receive any updates from them, we'll be sure to let you know.

    Please allow the customer to decide this option. This is the silliest thing ever. I have the same issue...only it won't allow me to even submit a form from my phone and my team members cannot either. It's so ridiculous. Stop trying to control everything. Give the customer good, clear information and then allow them to have the power to handle their own settings.
