Hello,
Per the April 25, 2020 Jotform customer service rep. response to a customer asking if there was a feature that counts the number of attendees specified on a submitted form, the customer service rep. stated that a request was in for that feature to be implemented:

Has this feature been added to Jotform yet, a year and 1/2 later?
I need this feature as well. If it has been added please let me know and give me instruction on to incorporate it into my form.

Hello,
I checked the previous ticket and the status of the feature request for specifying the number of attendees, however, this feature has not been implemented as of today. To book an appointment for multiple attendees, users will need to submit their forms multiple times at the moment. I will send a feature request again to see if the feature request will be reviewed and implemented this time around.
