Is there a way to send a mass e-mail to all requests I’ve approved?

Context- I made a booking request form to submit for getting tattoos. I’ve approved ~60 people. I have booked a few of them into a specific day to do consults (18) but I would like a way to email everyone else who I’ve approved to explain to them that the consult day is full and I will gradually be responding to them all and booking them in and that they may have to wait a few weeks.

That wouldn't be possible using Jotform, you can use the reply option but that allows replying to a single user.

I would suggest exporting the emails as a CSV or excel file and mass sending by email or maybe using a mailing service.
