The recipient cannot see the information when we forward the applications

    Good Morning -

    For the Empty Stocking Fund 2021 program, we forward the applications to one of our interviewers. What is happening is that they cannot see the information that's been filled in by the applicant. I can print them off in pdf format and they can then see the information, but that adds a step that's unworkable. Please advise.

    When you forward, make sure that the entry is visible at the window. Otherwise, our system will send it empty.

    Or, why not add the interviewer as a recipient in your notification email? That way, you do not need to forward the submissions.
