Single use forms

Good afternoon sir/madam;

I have this challange:

1. i have 6 types of forms

a) Employer form

b) Domestic Employer Form

c) Overseas Employer Form

d) Job seeker form

e) Field job seeker form

f) Domestic job seeker form

I will create these forms and upload them on my website on each category.

what i want is when say the employer purchases the form to post a job they will fill the form and once filled I want the form to come to us at

msosiitz@gmail.com

we will take the form and post or upload the filled form on the job board

but we don't want them to share the form to other people. so when they have filled the form they should not be able to share

is this possible

you are assuming that we know who is going to respond.

we don't have a clue who is going to use the form.

For example a jobseeker hears about our website and creates a client account and then goes and purchases the form for jobseekers.

he or she fills the form and easily they can share the form with someone else. I read in your help that someone recommended using a code so if we use that technique how can we insert the code which will be the order number of their invoice before they have gone to the form to fill

Hello Mebs - Could you please clarify what you mean by purchases the form for jobseekers? Do you perhaps mean purchasing a product or service that is offered through your form?

If you wish to have an order number for their invoice, I suggest using the Unique ID widget. Kindly note, however, that the ID will only be generated once the form is submitted.

we have an application called https://msosii.co.tz

it is a delivery app where we have stores where you can order food, wine, cosmetics, supermarkets etc..

we as admin have created job site which is owned by the admin

over there we have 6 categories

Employer form - they are merchants who would get the form and advertise on thier job board

Domestic employers, they are similar to merchants but they are advertising for jobs in domestic board - driver - baby sitter-nanny, etc

Overseas employers who advertise jobs for overseas

Then we have Job seekers

who will go to the job board see what jobs are available and apply

Or

They can post their own Cv/Resume by getting their own forms which again are divided into Job seekers (looking for professional hire) - domestic job seekers who want to be employed as a domestic worker and lastly Field (also known as an internship) who would post the internship they require.

Rules of engagement:

Employers will go to our dashboard purchase the form from our site at checkout the form will be downloaded and they will be able to fill.

once filled they will email it to Admin where we will go and upload in the employer Job Board.

what we don't want is when they have downloaded to share the form with everyone so we don't get our revenue.

the only thing the client and we have is an invoice number/order number which is generated once you have checked out

so how can we enter this order number into the form?

because once it is purchased we don't have any way to enter it

Hi there,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to enter this order number from the Unique ID widget into the form itself.

You can check it from the email notification and the submission Tables. Because unique IDs are determined at the time of form submission.
