432909Asked on November 4, 2021 at 10:23 AM
I sent out the following form to get submissions from:
https://www.jotform.com/form/212863459069062
When logging into my account, I cannot find this form anywhere (not in my forms section, in my trash folder, or in my archives or favourites).
I need to access this to get the submissions urgently as part of my college course.
Can this be looked into and rectified as soon as possible please?
Many Thanks

@432909
Thank you for reaching out.
I apologize for the inconvenience. I have taken a look at the provided form, and it appears that you may have created another account, as this form belongs to an account with the username: 432909a.
Please try logging in using the credential for that account. If you cannot remember the password you can reset it by following the steps in this guide: How to reset Jotform account password.
Please, do let me know if you have additional questions.

Hi there,
Unfortunately, that is not possible. You need to have access to the same email address to reset its password.
Thank you!
