I need assistance in creating an order form within the registration form

I have created a registration form for a family reunion. I also have where individuals may order shirts but I have been unable to link payment for the shirts with the registration fees that only the category, "non-family member" will have to remit payment. I really need help as I need to download this form to my family website.

I took a look at your form and see that you have not added one of our Payment Integrations to the form: to collect payment, you must add one of our Payment Integrations to the form.
