Hello, I have created several forms. When sending these forms via the email function in Jotform, they are automatically sent to the "Spam" folder of my recipients who use gmail.

Is there anyway to work around this and get emails to send directly to the primary inbox?

    Hello KanePsy,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Our developers are currently working on this spam issue.

I can give you several advice to get rid of the spam mails.

After you go to spam inbox, open related noreply@jotform.com spam mail and click Not spam button at the top. From now on, emails from that specific address should no longer be filtered as a spam.

If this solution does not enough, you can check the link below which shows in detail how to prevent gmails from landing spam folder.

    Hello,

We can submit a test submission to your form and see if the email alert will land on our spam folder. Please share the form link without payment so we can test.
