continue form later is not working correctly on FireFox web browser

    Hi guys pls help

    When filling in a Jotform and clicking save, it just says Loading....


    And does not Save any content

    I cleared your form caches. If you still have problems, please clear your browser cache/cookies and refresh your internet browser.

    We are testing Jotforms as a possible solution for our students doing Assessments.

    Will we have this type of problem on a continued basis?

    We would have a few 100 students completing Jotforms and savings and then all continuing the next few days

    I tested your form and I am able to replicate the issue at my end.

    It seems you cannot save when using FireFox and an error showing in the console logs for Chrome.

    I have cloned your form and it seems the cloned form is working correctly at my end.

    Kindly try creating a cloned form and test if the issue persists in the cloned form.

    Hi MAny THanks Still having issues, cannot save any progress.
    After clicking on Save I used an existing Jotform Accounts, but it just
    says Loading..... Not saving the progredd

    Apologize for the inconvenience.

    I looked into your account and couldn't find any form. Can you please share the URL of your cloned form?

    The clone of the form provided by my colleague Yau_C is working fine for me too in Firefox but I also replicated the issue on the original form. If you click on the cross button at the loading window, you will notice the draft is saved.
