i am trying to figure out how to let users obtain the correct form depending on which marital status they select when submitting their answer. Since i cant seem to create conditional logic in the pdf, can i direct jotform to use another pdf that's slightly different?

example: the user responds to the question about marital status as married, then their response will automatically populate one pdf1, and if the user selects single as the marital status, their response will automatically populate into pdf2.

    pdf1

the goal is for the users to submit their answers and download their prefilled document, not email. would i have to use the email option to use different pdfs with the same form? any guidance on how to do this without email?

You will have to create 2 PDF Documents and 2 Autoresponder Emails. You should attach PDF1 to the first Autoresponder Email and PDF2 to the second Autoresponder Email, and send Autoresponder Emails based on the user's answer.

Unfortunately, there isn't any other way.
