Issues with receiving photo uploads from form

when my client uploads a photo to my hot form, I cannot open the file on my end and am redirected to this page. See attached image. This happens every time. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Please make sure that you're either logged into your account or go into your account settings and disable require login to view uploaded files.
