Registration forms showing error, and not allow to submit

Hello, I have forms at the below website, and people who are trying to fill them out are saying that it keeps showing errors and won’t allow them to complete them.

Hello Rocco - I can see 3 forms embedded on the said webpage. Could you please describe what specific error they are receiving? If possible, please provide a screenshot showing any error messages that show after clicking submit. Here's a guide on how-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum.

Or if you'll allow it, we can just made a test submission to your embedded forms and we will see if we can replicate the issue.

Since you have multiple forms on the same page can you try to swap out the JavaScript embed with the Iframe one to see if those work better as there might be conflicts with the JavaScript with having multiple.
