Date formats in PDF Editor

Hello,

I'm having trouble formatting dates in PDF Editor. I'm trying to insert {DATE}, or better yet {DATE:c} within a text element in the PDF Editor.

For example

Submission ID: {id}

e-signed by: {myfield} <{myEmail} on {DATE}.

The field field is not rendering as described in https://www.jotform.com/help/68-add-a-date-on-email-notification/.

Can you let me know what I'm doing wrong?

Are you using the Text field? Please try this method when adding form fields text. Here's a screencast:

Please make sure that the form field name is correct. If it is correct and the issue still persists, please share the form link so we can check it further.
