How do I cancel my subscription? I delete my forms? Seems odd approach.

We can cancel your subscription on our end. Please keep in mind that you have a grandfathered subscription (ECONOMY) and that is not available anymore. If we downgrade your account and you decided to subscribe again, you will not be able to upgrade to that subscription (ECONOMY).
