I am looking for an app where I can create the tables I need and input data into them from the app on a daily basis

Does this app creator allow you to input new data directly on the app? All the app making sites I am finding are for importing data from some type of file. I want to create an app and input new data every day while doing checks around my company. Does your app support this or can I only import data from a source?
