Hello,
I created this jotform - https://form.jotform.com/212734630118045. On mobile it's a bit cumbersome to scroll between questions. You have to click on the small arrow on the bottom right to go to the next question but people have a tendency to click on the "1 of 7" on the bottom instead which then takes them to a different question and it's difficult to go back. I'd ideally like to navigate between questions by pressing the entire button on the bottom instead of a small arrow on the bottom right. Is there a way to change this? It also looks different on my phone than when I choose the "view on iphone" option within jotform.com. See below.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that your form was using Card Form layout.
It is not possible to customize the form style and layouts on Card Forms.
The alternative you may want to try is to use the Classic form layout.
User guide : Cards or Classic: Which One Should I Use
I hope this help. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Classic form isn't conducive to what I am trying to do (just a basic sign-up form). It's just really awkward looking on the phone and that's actually not what's showing up when I do the iphone preview on the website. It looks different on my iphone 12 than it does on the iphone view using jotform. Do you know what I mean?

I understand what you meant. Unfortunately what you wanted to do is not possible to apply in the form using your Form Builder. The most I can do at this time is to submit a feature request ticket to our development team for this options.
Please understand that since it will be a feature request, we cannot provide any time table as to when it will be available or if it will be even approved. The requested feature will require a number of users requesting for the same for the dev team to consider development.
