Maximum Capacity for Sunday Service

    Hello this is a follow on to my prior question of having a Sunday service with a capacity of 25 for each service.

    I've added an appointment field as suggested onto my form with the max capacity of 25..

    Now when a user register for that Sunday, the date does not show as being selected and it generates an error. Even when a registration form is returned it shows no date.

    What do I need to do? Thanks

    Hi there,

    I can see that you only have one time slot in your appointment widget. To clarify, do you want 25 users to be able to register to that time slot?

    Now when a user register for that Sunday, the date does not show as being selected and it generates an error.

    Can you please send us a screenshot of the error?

    Do you mean the appointment date does not show in your email notification?

    yes the registration date does not show.

    For every Sunday, we can accommodate 25 users.

    I need them to have the return email showing the date they've selected.

    For every Sunday, we can accommodate 25 users.

    If this is the case, kindly go to Advanced > Set Group as Appointment Type > Set 25 as Maximum Attendee Per Time Slot.

    I need them to have the return email showing the date they've selected.

    I cloned your form to test and the appointment details seem to show in the autoresponder email.

    Can you please try to delete and recreate your autoresponder email?

    Thank you - I needed to click on the date and the time to eliminate the registration error. So I added that so that the user can do this. Now I see the date and time of the registration.
