Printable form emailed to individuals following Jot Form completed

I would like a form with the applicants completed responses to be emailed to them in a document (possibly PDF) after they complete the questions asked in the Jot Form that i create. The individuals who are completing these forms are giving a financial gift. We are needing them to send in a form with specific information (that will be requested in the Jot Form) along with their check. If they can receive their responses in an email they can easily print this off and mail it in with their check. Can you let me know if this is possible and if so how do i do this?

By default, when you add an email field to the form, an autoresponder email is created. This gets sent to the submitter after they submitted the form.

Now, if you want to attach the submission as a PDF document, you can actually do it by following this guide on how-to-include-submissions-as-pdf-attachment-in-the-email-notifications.
