Jotform signs me out

    Hi there,

    I'm struggling with the jotform website every time I try and use it.

    -Each time I click on anything, it signs me out and makes me sign back in again at least twice before I can access my forms.

    -None of the images my customers have uploaded/sent will show. They just have a broken image icon. This pretty much renders it useless for my needs.

    Please could someone help me get this working, I've just paid for a year membership as well which I'm already regretting

    Could you please try clearing your browser cache or try using a different internet connection and check if the issue persists?

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi!


    I cleared the cache and it didn't make a difference, I also tried a different browser and that didn't work (even more so than the one I usually use) I only have one internet connection at home? I tried the hotspot on my mobile but that also didn't seem to make a difference. I've attached some screenshots.

    This is more an inconvenience than anything else, the bigger issue is the images which I cannot access the support ticket for any more as they made it private and I just get an error page now.

    Hi,

    Could you please specify which email address and username are you using to login?

    This current email address you are using belongs to a Guest account.

    You have another account which is Bronze, but the account email is

    sa*****art@gmail.com

    You should login with this email address.

    Hi,

    My apologies, it might have auto filled my email in the support form.

    I signed up using my google account and use the "log in with google" option.

    It's sareushart@gmail.com that is attached to my google sign in.

    Greetings,

    With  sareushart@gmail.com, you only have a free account. Not a paid.. Are you sure you don't have another email?

    I've paid for a yearly subscribtion for bronze and a month subscription last month. This should all be connected to my google sign in.

    It says I have guest account because I get signed out of my account every time I move to a different page.

    My google account is sareushart@gmail.com, my username comes up as sareushart

    Hi,

    Apoligzie for the inconvience.

    We can see an account with the email address sareushart@gmail.com and username sareushart has a Bronze subscription. The account got charged on November 22nd, 2021.

    Please try to reset your account password and log into it.

    How to reset Jotform account password
