Conditional formatting issue

When I run a test on one of my forms and I pick a certain name i did conditional formatting to show certain other fields down below. I have had two live submission that no matter what they pick they get the same picture shown with incorrect information.

what I was able to upload below is the wrong picture and verbiage that appears for a bespoke experience chosen earlier in the form. THis one seems to appear with the submitted one but not my test one.

What would the test show me one thing but something else when live?

When someone picks the Bespoke experience (that’s the field name) the wrong picture of the item shows when others pic and item. When I do a test it works so not sure what it is. If you do a test you will see the different items appear but the green cart has shown up when others fill out forms. If you have a place I can send some PDFs I can send examples

    Hi,

Do you mean that the hidden images are shown in the PDF?

Please, note that in the PDF editor, images and texts are constant elements and can't be conditionally hidden. If you need to show different texts/images on PDF, the only option would be to create multiple PDF templates with different texts/images and send them to users or for you conditionally.
