How can I capture video using phone camera?

I would like to develop an app where a user can capture videos using a phone camera which would become part of the data in the table.

Just make sure that you have added the name extension of the video in the file upload's file types.

.mov extension is not supported. Can you please help?

I checked your form and it looks like you have added mov (no period) in your file type already. I did a test to confirm and it has worked as expected already.

Now my concern is to reduce the time it needs to upload the .mov file. Is it possible because it is taking lots of time to upload the .mov files.

Unfortunately, no, it is not possible to optimize the upload time of any file. Please note that the time to upload a file completely depends on the size of the file and your internet connectivity speed.
