Forms won’t show images

Hi,

I use jotform to book my tattoo appointments and my clients send me images through the form. They are not coming up, it says it is unavailable and I’m not sure why.
please can we fix this

Kindly go to your account settings and uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files".
