Embedded survey into squarespace

hello,

i have embedded my survey into my squarespace website, however i am trying to get rid of the header on the survey as it is creating deadspace on my website.

please advise

border-bottom: none !important;

}

I have cloned the form and it does not include your r/c logo on it. I also visited the website where the form is embedded and the logo is not showing either (screenshot below). Could you please try to reload the page and let me know if the logo is still there?
