Hi,
I want to create, say 5 lines/rows with 3 fields: a field for inputting a product name, a second for selecting a specific test from a list for that product, and then from a third field where the option list is generated from what is chosen in the second list. I have been advised to look at the following guide: How-to-show-or-hide-fields-base-on-users-answer
However: Is it possible to design the form that allows the user to click a button, and another row of these 3 fields (Product/Test/Method) is added? In other words, if the client needs more than 5 rows, that is, wants to input say 7 products.
Thanks

Thank you for reaching support,
Please take a look at our Configurable list widget, which lets you place a format of fields and enable an add button to replicate those fields:
Here is the related guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-how-to-set-up-the-configurable-list-widget/.
Let us know if it fits your requirements.
Best.
