Receiving Spam submissions on the form

I believe that I had shared my form at one point in time...then it was unshared.
But when it was shared it carried the forwarding email addresses.
I'm receiving random submissions lately. Thx

Are your forms set to public? Are you receiving spam submissions on your form?
