Hi there,
Can you please remove the Sent box element, add a new one, and take a test?
If the issue still persists, can you create a new form or clone the current one, and test the sent box?

Ok, so I redid everything and tested, but I can only see the forms I myself submitted from my app. How do I have it open my inbox?

for the subcontractor agreement form, I have 10+ submissions in my inbox but the only one that shows here is the one I submitted through the app

Hi there,
Based on my test, it looks like the Sentbox will only show you all the submissions that are sent through the app.
On the other hand, when you view your submission via the regular Jotform Tables, you will see all submissions including those that are submitted through the Jotform app.
This doesn't look like a bug but this is how the Sentbox is designed by default.
