    Hi. When I download submission to CVS / Excell all key in numbers starting with 0 (zero) disappear ..

    Hello,

    Can you share which form it is you are doing this on so we can look at how things are setup. I made a test form and downloaded to Excel and it depends on the type that you use as Excel will strip a leading 0 off if it's a number field but a text string the 0 is fine to have.

    Both values entered were 012 but the short text field which has a string instead of a number will keep the 0 in front.

    ok thanks .. the problem fixed... it's cause by excell.
    So on excell sheet .. me just proceed format all cells with "o"# ... then
    zero (o) appear
    ...
