The Prepare My Data To Download button is grayed out and is not working

    The Prepare My Data To Download button is grayed out and is not working when clicked.
    I tried reducing the type of data to export but nothing changes.
    Is this feature still available?

    Could you kindly confirm the URL of the form in question so we can check? I am unable to pinpoint it in your account.

    If this is occuring on multiple forms, please send us the URL of one that is affected.
