How can I clear space without upgrading the account?

    Hello,


    I have received an email saying that I've reached the limits of the account and it seems that I'm out of upload space limit.

    How can I clear space without upgrading the account?

    Hi Wecollaboimmigration,

    Files received by the forms you create are stored in this area. Deleting the uploaded files will help you free up space in this area. This link will help you.

    After the cleaning process, your data will be lost. We recommend that you download your own backups before doing this.

    If you want to delete the whole form, including any submissions, you'll need to delete it from the trash folder to free up upload space:

    Hello,

    I followed the instruction and deleted all submissions. However, when I click "trash" it says I dont have any deleted forms.


    Could you please help to to free up upload space.

    I have deleted all forms to free up space and also deleted the cache.

    However, it still shows over-quota, could you please help refresh my account?
